SOLICITORS FOR DEFECTIVE VEHICLE OFFENCES
The Construction of Use Regulations require vehicles to be kept in a particular condition. Failure to do so may lead to an offence which can carry an endorsement of penalty points on the driver’s licence.
In certain circumstances it may be possible to avoid disqualification and where defences exist, we may be able to prepare a case using appropriate evidence including that of experts.
